Is everything made to measure?
Yes. You give us the width and height in millimetres and we cut your mirror or glass to that size. If your size is outside what the online price calculator accepts, send us an enquiry and we will price it for you. Send an enquiry.
How is the price worked out?
Each product has a price per square metre. We multiply it by the area of your piece (width × height), with a minimum chargeable area of 0.25 m². Shaped pieces carry a £31 surcharge per item. Extras are added per item: a bevelled edge is £15 per metre of edge, holes are £16 each, cut-outs are £30 each, and fixings are £16 (screw), £13 (adhesive) or £20 (hanging plates). There is a minimum charge of £25 per item. These amounts are before VAT. The item price is multiplied by the quantity, and VAT is added. Delivery is added at checkout. Try the price calculator.
What does the "From" price mean?
It is the price of the smallest piece we charge for: 0.25 m² of that product, square, with a polished edge and no extras, including VAT. Your price depends on your size and options.
Do your prices include VAT?
"From" prices include VAT at 20%. In the price calculator the breakdown is shown before VAT, with VAT and the total shown underneath. ESKU Ltd is VAT registered (VAT number GB488161362).
Can you fit it for me?
We're UK-based. We can supply nationwide, and we measure and fit where we cover. Send your postcode and we'll confirm. If you choose Supply & Fit, we send your fitting quote separately. Send your postcode.
Can I order samples?
Yes. A sample pack of up to 3 samples is £10 including VAT and postage. Once you have paid, we email you a one-time code worth £10 to use against a later order. Samples & inspiration.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged at our carrier's cost with no markup and calculated at checkout from the size and number of pieces. Very large orders are reviewed by our team. Delivery charges.
Are the product photos real?
Most product and room images on this site are illustrative renders, not photographs of a specific piece or of our own projects. Patterned and textured finishes are approximations; ask for a sample if the exact look matters. Order a sample.
Can toughened glass be cut after it is made?
No. Toughened glass cannot be cut, drilled or altered after toughening, so sizes, holes and cut-outs must be right before it is made.
