Delivery is charged at our carrier’s cost with no markup and calculated at checkout from the size and number of pieces. Very large orders are reviewed by our team.
What delivery costs
Checkout works out the right delivery service for your order from the size of the largest piece, its weight and how many pieces there are. Prices include VAT.

For the largest orders checkout shows a holding charge, and our team reviews the delivery and confirms the exact cost with you before we make anything.
Samples
Sample packs are sent by post and the postage is included in the sample price. Order samples.
On the day
- Someone over 18 must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Check the piece for damage before signing, and note any concerns on the paperwork.
- If anything arrives damaged, please tell us as soon as possible, with photographs of the piece and its packaging, and don’t fit it. Problem with your order.
