We know that when you’re ordering glass or mirror, timing matters. That’s why we try to make our lead times as clear as possible from the outset.
Stock & standard products
Standard products and stock items are our quickest to prepare, counted from confirmation of your order. If you need something by a particular date, ask us for a current lead time before you order.
Bespoke glass & mirror
Made-to-measure glass and mirror takes longer, depending on the specification and finishing required. This includes products requiring processes such as cutting, polishing, drilling, bevelling, framing or specialist finishes.
Toughened glass
Toughened glass requires additional processing, so it takes longer again. Once glass has been toughened, it cannot subsequently be cut, drilled or altered, so we carefully check bespoke dimensions and specifications before manufacture begins.
Specialist & complex orders
Antique finishes, laminated glass, complex shapes, oversized pieces, specialist fabrication and larger project orders may require additional time. We’ll always provide an estimated lead time before proceeding where an order falls outside our standard production times.

Lead times are quoted in working days and refer to manufacture or preparation unless otherwise stated. Delivery, site surveys and installation may add additional time depending on your location and the requirements of the project.
